PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS: (updated for 2026)
- Full fee is due on registration/sign-up (6500SEK for 300km, 5500SEK for 150km). There is an EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT of 1000SEK before 1st January
- We accept registrations up to one week before the race, unless we have reached a maximum limit in the teams competing, in which case your name will go on the waiting list
- In case of your cancellation, 30% of the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel within 7 days or less, no refund is given
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the race start, you have the option to transfer your entry to the following year (but you will have to pay any increase in the fee)
- If the race organisers are forced to cancel the entire race, mushers will be entitled to transfer their whole starting fee to the following year, or choose to receive a refund
- Changing class is possible up to 14 days before the race start – after that, no changes. Any difference in fee will be charged or refunded
- Changing the musher’s name (at any time) is at the organisers discretion
